Face to face training

Personal coaching

Along with a bespoke online coacing plan these 1-1 sessions will focus on the technical & conditioning aspects of your sport & fitness goals. This will include strength work appropriate to your sport for both performance & injury prevention. Discounts are available depending on the frequency of the training sessions. These include the group classes for free

Karen

We have worked with Karen for a number of years on numberous running goals, these have included PBs in 5K, 10K & 50K distances. Some highlights have included wining the senior AG on her 1st ever Ultra the D33, & 3rd female overall at Speyside in her 2nd! Numberous course records for 10K races & a double Monumental series win

Mark

We worked with Mark to achieve a 3 stone (19Kg) reduction. We are working with him now in his recovery from knee surgery due to slipping on ice  

Dave

Dave & his friend Rod cycled from Lands End to John O'Groats but this wasn't difficult enough for these 2, they added in climbing the 3 highest peaks in the UK along the way! Dave had done very little cycling beforehand so we concentrated on injury prevention & core stability

Pauline

Being a working mum of 2, time was the major issue while training for triathlons especially stepping up to 70.3 middle distance. This meant every workout had to count there could be no "junk" miles, this also meant nutrition & recovery had to be adequately planned as they were crucial to ensure no injuries were picked up

Gillian

We have trained Gillian for a number of years during which time she has completed the Charlie House Machu Pechu Peru hike, completed novice triathlons & kettlebell competition.

Sabine

We have worked with Sabine for a number of years initially it was to be "beach body" ready for a summer holiday but that has since progressed to a healthier approach to her overall longterm health which has brought greater changes, including a 8cm waist & 9% body fat reduction
